PDP has achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation to ensure that customers receive the very highest levels in business and operational procedures.
All operations within the company network are governed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and each clinical trial or special project is further managed by an individual operational plan.
Each office maintains a team of IATA trained personnel under the leadership of a Dangerous Goods Safety Officer.
